The key to brewing good beer is keeping everything clean, sanitized and organized. We use the Mark II Keg Washer to clean and sanitize anything that touches the beer; brew pails, carboys, Corny kegs, hoses, thermometers, etc. We use the Mark II Keg Washer to clean all our equipment the day we use it. We never have to put away dirty equipment only to be discouraged from brewing the next batch by being confronted with dirty pails, carboys, kegs, etc.
We use the 22 Oz Bottle washing system to clean and sanitize bottles. We use the trays that come with the system to drain the bottles and let them dry, this makes them easier to clean and keeps molds from growing inside the bottles. Once the two trays are full, we clean the bottles and store them, ready for the next bottling day, where the bottles are sanitized and filled.
